OUR POLICY FOR CARE AND PAYMENT
Ensuring that our patients receive high quality dental care at a fair and affordable price is a top priority here at Burton Dental. We understand that dental care is an investment and we work to ensure that the care you receive in our office meets the highest standards.
To assist you with your healthcare investment, we provide the following payment guidelines:
Insurance: We accept most dental insurance plans. For questions about your specific plan, please feel free to call our office and discuss with our Insurance and Benefits coordinator. We are happy to bill and accept payment from your insurance company, but please keep in mind that ultimately, the total balance is your responsibility and insurance coverage is often limited and not applicable to certain procedures. We will do our best to estimate your portion of the dental treatment fees at each appointment. Payment for this co-pay portion is due at the time of service. When the actual insurance payment is received, any difference in the amount that was estimated will be credited or debited to your dental account.
Non-insured Discount: To assist our patients who don’t have dental insurance, we offer a 10% Discount for payment in full at each appointment. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. This discount is only applicable to charges for which no other discount was applied.
Save 20% On Call Club; A additional way for our non-insured patients to save money on their dental care is through our On Call Club Hygiene program. We offer a 20% discount just for having a flexible schedule for hygiene (exam and cleaning) visits. Click for Details of On Call Club
NEW Burton Dental Plan
Bi-Annual Preventative Care Visit Coverage, and 20% discount on all dental services performed in our office when paid in full at the time of the appointment.
30 days open account: Payment for services is due on, or before, the day which the services are provided. If for some reason there is an account balance not paid on the day of service, a statement will be sent electronically or via mail. All account balances are due within 30 days of treatment. Account balances not paid within 60 days of service will be sold to a third-party accounts receivable agency unless alternative arrangements have been made directly with our office.
Financing for treatment plans of $300 or more: We have a payment plan called Care Credit that allows you to start treatment right away and spread payments over time. Applying for Care Credit only takes a few minutes and there is no fee to apply. We are happy to help you with this application or you can Visit Care Credit Web Site.
On your first visit, our treatment coordinator will discuss with you your options for payment for dental treatment. There are several applicable documents for your review that you may print and sign prior to your first appointment. required forms
